1. Payment Acceptance
- All payments must be made in advance before any service or application processing begins.
- We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.
- In some cases, partial payments may be accepted only if approved by management.
2. Currency
- All prices are quoted in USD ($) unless otherwise specified.
- For payments made in PKR, GBP, or EUR, the exchange rate will be based on the current market rate at the time of transaction.
3. Invoice and Receipts
- An official receipt/invoice will be issued upon successful payment.
- Customers are advised to keep a copy of the receipt for future reference.
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be provided once the service is initiated, unless:
- A package includes a written money-back guarantee.
- A government body (IRS, Companies House, etc.) officially rejects the application due to reasons not caused by the customer.
- In the case a refund is granted, HopeTex will deduct 12% from the total paid amount to cover income tax, processing, and bank charges.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
5. Service-Specific Warranties
- For services like PayPal, Wise, Stripe, Slash, Payoneer approvals, HopeTex provides a 24-hour checking warranty from the time of delivery.
- Beyond 24 hours, the customer agrees that HopeTex is not responsible for account suspension, limitation, or rejection.
- These decisions are taken by the respective platforms and not in our control.
6. Delayed Payments
- Orders with pending payments will not be processed or delivered until full payment is received.
- HopeTex reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders after 7 calendar days unless otherwise agreed.
7. Disputed Transactions
- If a payment is disputed (chargeback or reversal), the customer’s service access will be suspended until the matter is resolved.
- HopeTex may report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant legal and banking authorities.
8. Taxes & Fees
- Customers are responsible for any bank charges, foreign exchange fees, or local taxes imposed by their payment provider or government.
9. Changes to Terms
- HopeTex reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
