This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by HopeTex Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

Nature of Our Services:

HopeTex Ltd provides professional consulting, document preparation, and filing assistance services. We are not a government authority and do not control government agencies, processing timelines, or approval decisions.

Because our services involve professional time, administrative work, compliance checks, and third-party coordination, refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery.

Eligibility for Refund:

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Billing error or technical issue
  • Cancellation request submitted before any work has commenced
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing through our Contact Form or via email.

Each case is reviewed individually at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Services:

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Work has already commenced
  • Documents have been prepared or drafted
  • Applications have been submitted to a government authority
  • Compliance review has been completed
  • The delay is caused by a government authority (IRS, Companies House, etc.)
  • The client provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information

Professional service fees become non-refundable once processing has begun.

Government and Third-Party Fees:

Government filing fees, statutory charges, and third-party processing costs are strictly non-refundable once submitted or paid.

These include, but are not limited to:
  • State filing fees (LLC formation, Annual Reports, amendments, etc.)
  • Companies House fees (UK LTD registration, confirmation statements)
  • IRS application or processing fees (EIN, ITIN, etc.)
  • DUNS registration processing fees
  • Seller’s Permit filing fees
  • BOIR filing fees (if applicable)

These payments are made directly to government authorities or external regulatory bodies and are outside our control. As such, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances once processing has begun.

Rejected Applications:

Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities.

If an application is rejected:
  • Government fees remain non-refundable
  • Service fees may be partially refundable only if no corrective re-submission is possible
  • We may offer re-submission assistance at no additional professional cost (excluding government fees), where applicable

We do not guarantee approval outcomes.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Submitting required documents in a timely manner
  • Reviewing submitted details before filing

Errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete client information are not grounds for refund.

Processing Times Disclaimer:

All processing times displayed on our website are estimates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Government agencies
  • Regulatory reviews
  • Banking institutions
  • Verification requirements
  • External third-party providers

Delays do not constitute valid grounds for refund.

Refund Request Procedure:

To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit a written request via our website contact form or email
  • Include your order number and service details
  • Clearly state the reason for your request

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before work has commenced.

Refund Processing Time:

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors may be deducted

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of service agreement
  • Legal action to recover funds and associated fees

We reserve the right to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks.
